With an eye turned to improving our health, I’ve been spending more time in the gym.
Late last year, I started working with a personal trainer. It’s been a mix of cardio and weights, with my goal being overall strength improvement.
We’ve recently added hiit classes to the list, at Oliver Parks and Recreation. It’s been more enjoyable than I expected!
